A lot of systems will provide you with an estimate of a home's price
using previously
sold properties
as sales comparables. While this number is nice to know, it lacks in a

critical areas.
For example, the sample size of comparable sales is often too small
(just a handful of homes that sold over a given time period) to
draw any
reasonable conclusions about what the market is doing right now. In a
real estate
market that may change rapidly, this information is insufficient to help
you make
informed decisions.

Can I get a Price Estimate for my home?
We analyze properties listed for sale on the market. There
are a lot of
companies out there who will estimate the price of your home. Many will
do it for free.
Your real estate agent will also be able to estimate the price of your
home using
Comparable Market Analysis (CMA).
What is the source of the data? What is your methodology?
Our system analyzes properties listed on the market for sale.
While we don't disclose our proprietary models, we'd be glad to give you
